Phase IIB Clinical Trial ARAHIST-09
In November 2009 the open label randomized phase IIB clinical trial ("ARAHIST-09") of safety, tolerability and efficacy of Oncohist (R) in combination with Ara-C containig chemotherapy regimes in adult patients with refractory and relapsed AML has been initiated in three renowned clinical centers in the Russian Federation:
Federal Hematology Scientific Center (Moscow)
Federal Hematology and Transfusion Research Center (St. Petersburg) and
St. Petersburg Medical Academy (St. Petersburg)
The aim of this trail is to examine the benefits of the combination therapy of ONCOHIST (R) with two regimes of standard therapy: HAM (cytarabine with mitoxantrone) and low-dose-cytarabine (LDAC)
